In 2020, G5 Partners created G5 Jus, an independent third-party fund manager focused on long-term alternative investments in legal credit rights. The team at G5 Jus is comprised by partners with vast investment experience in legal credits. This market in Brazil is enormous and G5 Jus aims to invest, using a creative and flexible structure, in the most diverse types of legal credits, including public securities arising from lawsuits filed against federal, state, or municipal governments, as well as private securities, such as condominium credits.
G5 Jus’ investments in legal credits strictly adheres to G5 Partners’ portfolio diversification philosophy. These investments include long-term assets that have no correlation with the volatility of financial markets, and which have already received a final ruling, such as special court orders, or private credits with some type of real guarantee. These assets offer low risk levels, protection against inflation and/or the Selic rate and an excellent risk-return ratio.
