Mr. Santos served in different financial institutions, such as Head de Investment Banking of HSBC in Brazil and as Executive Director for the M&A practice of Morgan Stanley in New York. He initiated his career in auditing at Arthur Andersen, in 1986, and was the Managing Partner responsible for the Novarum JBP Venture Capital Fund. He holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration from EAESP-FGV.
