In 2020, G5 Partners created G5 Jus, an independent third-party asset manager focused on long-term alternative investments in judicial credit rights. The G5 Jus team is made up of partners with extensive experience in investments in judicial credits. The judicial asset market is huge in Brazil and G5 Jus, in a creative and flexible way, aims to invest in the most diverse types of judicial credits, both in public securities – which are lawsuits filed against public entities of the federal, state or municipal government – ​​and in private securities, such as condominium credits.

G5 Jus’ investment in judicial credits follows G5 Partners’ philosophy of portfolio diversification. These are long-term assets with no correlation to the volatility of the financial markets. In general, they are either credits already in court, with a final judgment, as in the case of court orders, or private credits with some real guarantee. Assets with a low level of risk, protection against inflation and/or Selic and excellent risk-return.
