On May 21 and 22, we participated in the 2025 Recruitment and Career Fair organized by FEA Júnior USP (@feajuniorusp), strengthening our connection with young talent.
The event featured a presentation by our Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Renato Klarnet, titled “Building Futures: Careers in IB and MFO at G5 Partners.” Klarnet shared with students the career opportunities available at G5 Partners, along with valuable reflections on culture, career paths, and professional choices.
We were also present with our institutional booth, where students had the opportunity to speak with our team, learn more about the company, ask questions about the recruitment process, and explore opportunities to begin their journey with us.
The initiative was led by Thais Vendramini, with the support of Fernanda Paranhos and more than 15 G5 professionals, including partners and employees. It was a meaningful and enriching exchange with individuals who may become our future colleagues, partners, or clients.
