In practice, he highlights the value of lifetime donations with restricted rights, such as fund shares with reserved usufruct, as a strategy to help heirs gradually acclimate to their roles. This approach enables ownership without compromising governance.<\/p>\n

Roberto also points out a key challenge: preparing responsible shareholders, particularly among heirs who are not directly involved in the family business.<\/p>\n
